What the 🌻 emoji means
A sunflower with its broad dark centre. Summer, light, and a cheerfulness that does not try to be delicate.
It carries none of the courtship attached to 🌹, so it travels easily between friends. Since 2022 it has also served widely as a sign of support for Ukraine, whose national flower it is.
