Why does flipped text look different in different places?

Flipped letters are separate Unicode characters from various blocks, and fonts draw them unevenly. If the line has to look the same everywhere, keep it short and test it where you plan to paste it.

Will the strikethrough survive if I paste the text elsewhere?

Usually yes: the line here is not formatting but a character laid over the letter, so it copies along with it. Some fields strip such characters on save — you see that right after pasting.

Change case

Five ways at once: ALL CAPS, all lowercase, Every Word Capitalised, first letter of a sentence, and swapped case. Pick the one you need and copy it.
